4.2 Ukulawula Izinga Lokushisa Lokushisa
Izinga lokushisa lokushisa lama-billets: 1150 - 1250 °C; qinisekisa izinga lokushisa elifanayo kusukela enkabeni kuya phezulu ukuze ugweme ukushisa ngokweqile noma ukufudumala okungaphansi.
Lawula ngokuqinile isikhathi sokushisa kanye nomkhathi ukuze uvimbele ukubola kwekhabhoni ebusweni (kuthinta ubulukhuni namandla obuphezulu).
4.3 Ukulawulwa Kokuguquka Nokwakheka
Lawula ukufana kobukhulu bodonga ukuqinisekisa ukuthi i-OD kanye nokubekezelelana kobukhulu bodonga kuyahlangabezana nezidingo ezijwayelekile.
Ngenqubo yokubhoboza, sebenzisa ukunciphisa okuncane ngaphambi kwepulaki ukuze ugweme amaphutha angaphakathi njengokweqa noma ukuqhekeka.
4.4 Ukwelashwa Kokushisa (Okubalulekile!)
I-30KhGSA iyinsimbi ecinyiwe futhi eqiniswe ngekhabhoni ephakathi nendawo – kumele idlule ekucimeni + ekuqinisweni ukuze ifinyelele izakhiwo ezidingekayo. Ngemva kokucinywa nokufakwa, ikhombisa amandla aphezulu kanye nokuqina okwanele. Incazelo ejwayelekile yokwelashwa kokushisa: ukucinywa ku-880 °C, ukupholisa uwoyela; ukuqiniswa ku-540 °C, ukupholisa amanzi noma uwoyela. Izakhiwo zemishini ngemva kokwelashwa kokushisa kumele zihlolwe ngokuqinile ngokwezinga.
4.5 Ukuhlolwa Kwekhwalithi
Ukuhlolwa okungonakalisi: Ngokwezidingo, ipayipi ngalinye kufanele lihlolwe ngokuhlolwa kwe-ultrasonic (UT) noma kwe-eddy current (ET).
Ukuhlolwa kwezakhiwo zemishini: Amasampula kufanele athathwe ngebhetshi ngayinye ukuze kuhlolwe ukuthambekela, ukushayisana, ukuthamba/ukugoba.
Ukuhlolwa kobukhulu nokubukwayo: Ipayipi ngalinye lihlolwe i-OD, ukujiya kodonga, ubude, ikhwalithi yobuso, i-bevel yokugcina, njll.
5. Izicelo kanye Nezidingo Zokuthumela Ngaphandle
