After customers find us ,they are most concerned about the quality and delivery date

After understanding customer pain points we carried out what work:

1. Know about the inventory situation
2. Know about production order scheduling
3. Confirm the external procurement of flange

Problems encountered:

1. Part of the inventory needs reprocessing of raw materials
2. Production has been fully booked
3. Communication on technical issues of external flange(technical documents,wall thickness standard,understanding of unfamiliar products,learning communication and other problems)

How to solve it:

1. Communicate with purchasing department to coordinate raw materials
2. Coordinate with production and technical department to adjust order order
3. Standard of learning,communicate with professional flange factory,correspond to customers point by point
4. Seize the time to cooperate with the customer time
5. Communicate the production progress in the workshop every day
6. Feedback to customers and send progress photos
7. Cooperate with third party inspection
8. Communicate with the cargo loan in advance to book the shipping date
