Characteristic: It has high thermal strength (δb≥440MPa) and oxidation resistance at high temperature, and has a certain resistance to hydrogen corrosion. The coefficient of thermal expansion is small, the thermal conductivity is high, the process performance is good, the temperature is 450-620 degrees Celsius, the hardening tendency of the steel is obvious, and the weldability is poor. It is widely used in the manufacture of steam turbines and boilers, and is mostly used in heat exchanger tubes and high-temperature and high-pressure vessels. It has good oxidation resistance around 650 degrees Celsius, good thermal strength below 600, good shock absorption and thermal conductivity, and is widely used in steam turbines. However, this type of steel has a large tendency to harden and has poor welding performance. Has good high temperature mechanical properties, microstructure stability, corrosion resistance, and good toughness.
Widely used in petrochemical, coal conversion, nuclear power, steam turbine block, thermal power boiler and other harsh working conditions, corrosive media environment.
Application: Petroleum, petrochemical, high-pressure boilers, and other special-purpose seamless pipes include boiler seamless pipes, geological seamless steel pipes, and petroleum seamless pipes. Pipes and forgings can be used in pressure vessels.
