Low pressure: OD 88, wall thickness 3mm, ID 82mm

High pressure: OD 90, wall thickness 3.5mm, ID 83mm

125 type pump tube(ID 125mm)

Low pressure: OD 133, wall thickness 4mm

High pressure: OD 140, wall thickness 4-7.5mm

150 type pump tube

Low pressure: OD 159, wall thickness 8-10mm, ID 139-143mm

High pressure: OD 168, wall thickness 9mm, ID 150mm

 

Material:

Material of straight truck pump tube mainly is 45Mn2

Ground pump tube mainly is 20#, Q235 carbon steel, be processed from line pipe or longitudinal welded pipe

 

There is no uniform standard for pump tube, so the specification and material is based on the pump type and the media will be pumped, because there is a large range of pump, so material of pump tube can be from PVC to carbon steel and low alloy steel. Pump tube mainly in non-standard, length can be 1-5m mostly.
