    For steel with wall thickness less than 5mm tube do not make hardness experiment

    Test Requirement

    Hydraulic test
    Hydraulic test shall be carried out for steel pipes one by one. The maximum test pressure is 20 MPa. Under the test pressure, the stabilization time shall not be less than 10 s, and leakage of steel pipe is not allowed.
    Flattening test
    Flattening test shall be conducted for steel pipe with outer diameter greater than 22 mm
    Flaring test
    High quality carbon structural steel and stainless (heat-resistant) steel pipes with an outer diameter of not more than 76 mm and a wall thickness of not more than 8 mm shall be subject to expanding test. The flaring test shall be carried out at room temperature. The outer diameter flaring rate of the sample after the top core taper is 60% of the flaring shall meet the requirements of table 7. No cracks or cracks are allowed on the sample after the flaring. According to the requirements of the demander and noted in the contract, the alloy structural steel can also be used for expanding test.
    Nondestructive teste
    The steel pipes shall be subject to ultrasonic flaw detection one by one in accordance with the provisions of GB / T 5777-2008. According to the requirements of the demander, other non-destructive tests can be added after negotiation between the supplier and the demander and indicated in the contract.
    Intergranular corrosion test
    Intergranular corrosion test shall be conducted for stainless (heat-resistant) steel pipe. The test method shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chinese method E in GB / T 4334-2008, and intergranular corrosion tendency is not allowed after the test.
    After negotiation between the supplier and the demander, and noted in the contract, the demander can designate other corrosion test methods.
